Don’t overthink rather do a lot of Istighfaar Allah will opens doors for you with Istighfaar that are not opened by overthinking!  Overthinking is a problem most of us are suffering from The best way to overcome this problem is a strong belief that Allah Will do whatever is good for you and no one else can.  Overthinking is not gonna bring any good for you it will  make you tired anxious and worried, those are really horrible feelings so we need to overcome it by making lots of Istighfaar and Duaa it will instantly make you feel better I promise you don’t have to wait until a week or so to feel better it will  make you feel better, also Istighfaar will help you to be more relaxed.    I know people struggling with overthinking it’s not an easy thing but we are capable of overcome it by simply say AstaghferAllah, ‏استغفروا ربكم ينزل السماء عليكم مدرارا ويمددكم بأموال أن وبنين ويجعل لكم جنات ويجعل لكم أنهاره alaa promise us if we make lots of Astighfaar he will makes us rich he will grant
