Salam,  In every new year people make “New year resolutions ” and I think that is great time to take a look back at the year all the things that happened how you behaved, are you happy? There is anything you can change? Write it down, writing down your problems or mistakes it’s 90% of solving it..so take the time to write down what you feel, I know it might sound silly but trust the process, everyone tried it out got a great results, because knowing the problem will make you know exactly what to do next. It’s always a good time to plan things ahead of time.  Islam encourages planning, whether it is for studying for work for a new job offer new year.
