Salam,  Islam teach us to love ourselves, nowadays we have so much pressure that we need to be perfect we need to look perfect, that we became embarrassed from ourselves from the real identity that Allah gave us, you must love yourself you must love what Allah has created, and what Allah wants you to be!  Look at yourself in the mirror and say Alhamdulillah, you are perfect the way you are, you are beautiful. Alhamdulillah.  Also don’t use your mind to think about people that hurt you, people who try to bully to make you feel uncomfortable, you just need to do right with Allah, and Allah Will take care of the rest, just focus on yourself how you want to be in the future what’s your plans, your work your family.
